In New York City, Nuklo (Robert Frank Jr.) went into Richie's Bar. A number of bar patrons, including Arnie, attacked Nuklo. The super-powered Nuklo easily beat up Arnie and the others who attacked him.

Arnie and the gang of bar patrons who tried to beat up Nuklo attacked him because they thought he was a mutant, and they didn't like mutants.

Nuklo denied being a mutant. Of course, it was the fact that Nuklo was a mutant which let him fend off the attackers.

The X-Man Wolverine (in his civilian identity Logan) was also sitting in the bar, but did his best to ignore the altercation.
