Lloyd Braxton was an African-American fired from his job at Rosen Office Supply. Braxton hired attorney Claude Unger to get his ex-employer Benjamin Rosen convicted for racism. Braxton files a discrimination lawsuit against his employer, suing for $50 million. Attorney Matt Murdock (who is secretly Daredevil) defended Rosen. Lloyd Braxton's plan failed when it was revealed that he had actually been fired for his excessive online gambling online on company time.
