Although El Caiman was a brutal drug lord, described as one of the more vicious drug lords in South America, he had some interesting internal rationalizations. When the Punisher politely asked him end his illegal narcotic business, El Caiman said he would not do so, explaining that the drug money allows him to take care of an entire village, feeding families and sending children to school.
