Lucy Harrow was a number of relatives and descendants of Josiah Harrow who gathered for a reading of the wealthy man's will. Lucy's uncle Manuel Perez (disguised as "White Death") attacked the gathering. White Death tried to kill Lucy, but she was rescued by Captain America and Bucky.
