Kenz Nuhor is best known as the man whose death resulted in Star Boy (Thom Kallor) being expelled from the Legion of Super-Heroes.

In Justice Society of America (vol. 3) #5 (June 2007), the villain Dr. Destiny was in possession of a powerful magical talisman which allowed him to conjure up physical manifestations of whatever people feared most. From the nightmares of Starman (Thom Kallor), Dr. Destiny conjured a physical manifestation of Kenz Nuhor. Although just an artificial creation, but this "Kenz Nuhor" nevertheless seemed very real to Kallor. The Legionnaire's strong reaction to the Kenz Nuhor simulacrum demonstrated how much Nuhor still plagued Kallor's conscience (or at least his subconscious nightmares).
