Dr. Thomas Rizzo was the brother of Daniel Rizzo, a police officer who died in the line of duty. Thomas Rizzo designed a robotic police officer named Officer Z.E.R.O. Unfortunately, the robot went rogue and was out of control. Thomas Rizzo committed suicide in order to cause the robot to stop its dangerous rampage.
