Timmy Red Moon represented his tribe's interests in a land dispute between them and Mr. Keeno, a client of Matt Murdock (secretly Daredevil). Mr. Keeno hired the law firm of Murdock and Nelson to help him drive away Native Americans who were making claims on land he thought he had inherited from his ancestor Rance Keeno. It was Mr. Keeno's intention to build a power plant on the land. Daredevil eventually discovered a deed which proved that the Native Americans' claims on the land were correct.
