A goat-headed alien, with prominent horns that look like the horns of a mountain goat, was part of Amalak's mercenary crew. Amalak and his crew were systematically hunting down and killing all surviving Kryptonians in the galaxy. They came to Earth to try to kill Superman, Supergirl, Power Girl and others, but were defeated.
The back of the goat-headed alien's head can be seen in panel 3 on page 1 of Superman #668. The goat-headed alien can be seen in much more detail, this time from the front, in panel 2 on page 19. He can be seen from the side in panel 2 on page 18.
Amalak and his mercenary left their starship and battled Superman and Earth's other Kryptonians directly in Superman #670. But the goat-headed alien is not seen at all in that issue. Apparently he stayed on the ship. Off-panel in that issue, the ship was disabled and all of its crew were captured and turned over by Kryptonian refugee Karsta Wor-Ul, who told Superman she would be turning them over to interstellar authorities.
