Voortrekker is somebody that the Black Panther had heard of before encountering him as part of the Supremacists team. Black Panther wondered why Voortrekker was working with "these racist thugs" (as he characterized the other Supremacists). These facts and Voortrekker's manner and behavior all suggest that Voortrekker was considerably less racist than his teammates. But the fact that he was a member of this Azanian-based team, even though he isn't from Azania (he is from Zimbabwe), certainly suggests that he is a white supremacist himself too, and that this ideology is important to him.
