Billy Walters was a young reporter for the Daily Bugle who wanted to be friends with photographer Peter Parker (who was secretly Spider-Man). Walters was a supporting character in many Spider-Man stories. In the near-future "MC-2" timeline, William Walters (apparently Billy many years older) is the editor-in-chief of the Daily Bugle.
