Carlie Colon was a neighbor of Dan Ketch (Ghost Rider). Carlie is the sister of "Choo Choo" Colon, a small-time criminal in the Bronx, which is where Dan Ketch lived at the time. Choo Choo had many encounters with Ghost Rider. Carlie's father was the superintendent of the apartment building in which Dan Ketch lived.

Ember, one of the mystic women known as the Furies, temporarily possessed the body of Carlie Colon and opposed the Ghost Rider. But the Ghost Rider rescued Carlie from this possession.
