Toother was a small-time street criminal working out of the Bronx. He was an ally of "Choo Choo" Colon. Toother encountered the frightening avenging hero Ghost Rider (Dan Ketch). After this encounter, Toother became too terrified to continue his sinful ways. His encounter with Ghost Rider was apparently a truly transformative religious experience for him, prompting him to repentance.
