Golden Fist was a group of ninjas who attacked Ghost Rider (Dan Ketch) as he approached the house of the Chinese necromancer Tsin Hark. Tsin Hark had murdered hundreds of people immigrating to the United States, using their blood as a source of necromantic power for himself.
Tsin Hark wanted to return Earth to the religious faith and traditions of the past. Tsin Hark used Golden Fist as his agents against his enemies (Ghost Rider), but as far as we can ascertain, the ninjas of Golden Fist were not themselves adherents of Tsin Hark's religion.
