Interestingly enough, the Marvel version of Father Time who is one of the Elders of the Universe also appears in what is probably a mild "inside joke" or homage in one panel in a DC comic. A tiny illustration of Father Time appears in panel 5 on the two-page spread on pages 9 and 10 in Joker: Last Laugh #4 (page 105 in the Joker: Last Laugh trade paperback. The character is not mentioned by name, but is part of a trio of escaped and "Jokerized" super-villains standing next to each other after having been apprehended and manacled by U.S. military troops. The character wears the familiar solid blue outfit with the same color robe and hood as the Marvel character, along with the distinctive clock face symbol on his chest. Even his beard can be seen.
