Martin Rheinhardt attempted to assassinate Abraham Lincoln Brown, a black candidate for U.S. President. Martin Rheinhardt's attempt failed and he was killed by guards. But his attempt created a distraction that allowed the Chinatown-based criminal organization known as "Dragon Tong" to actually assassinate the candidate. This had been Dragon Tong's plan all along.
