The criminal Bunky Galliver was surprisingly acquitted in his criminal trial. (The jury had been technologically "persuaded" by Franklin Knott.) Batman and Robin correctly guessed that Bunky would resume his criminal career. Some undercover work by Robin allowed them to find out that Bunky and his gang was planning to rob the Keller Mansion. Millionaire Barton Keller had recently passed away and most of his valuables were still in the mansion, with only one guard posted.

Bunky and his gang knocked out the guard and began robbing the Keller mansion. Batman and Robin intevened and apprehended the criminals. Keller himself was already dead for a month before this story began. He is never shown in this story. But the Keller mansion is the setting for pages 6 and 7 of this story.
