Craig Talbot was the lead actor in film "The Tyrant." But he strongly disagreed with the anti-fascism message of the film. "The Tyrant" was probably a thinly veiled anti-Hitler film and the handsome actor Craig Talbot was a Nazi sympathizer.

Talbot donned a disguise and as the "Hunchback of Hollywood" he killed the film's producers. He was caught and unmasked by Captain America before he could do more harm to the production.
