Liberty Lass was costumed crime-fighter who was married to another super-hero, Mr. America. Oddly enough, they didn't know each other's secret identities.

After a horrific accident, Liberty Lass was pieced together as a cyborg with a mostly plastic body. She took a new codename: Death-Doll. Her husband changed his codename and demeanor as well, becoming the violent vigilante Bloodtype.
