Kali Gari is a woman from India who used her powers as a "dream assassin" to serve Nazi Germany. It was not entirely clear why she did this. She may allied herself to the Nazis for ideological reasons, as a believer in the Nazi cause. But perhaps she acted only as a mercenary, or perhaps she had other reasons for doing what she did.

It is notable that Kali Gari's name is the name of a Hundu death goddess. Did Kali Gari adopt this name for herself, or was it her given birth name?
