An unnamed alien civilization lived in total Utopian harmony. They had no military, no weapons, no judicial system, nor did they need any of these things.
In the year 2962, Darius Zorr was an explorer from the expansionist, millitaristic Earth-based empire that had conquered the known galaxy. Using a revolutionary new spacecraft of his own design, Zorr travelled to another galaxy and found this Utopian alien civilization. He was so impressed by them that he wanted to preserve what they had. The alien civilization reminded him of Utopian societies from Earth's distant past. Zorr returned to his own Earth people and reported that there was no life whatsoever outside their own galaxy. Zorr didn't report on this Utopian alien civilization because he didn't want the Earth-based empire to conquer it as well.
