The unnamed jeweler is seen explaining the nature of the store to a wealthy woman wearing expensive furs. The man is a thin, well-dressed gentleman with a moustache. He tells the woman, "Yes, this is a specialty shop, Madam. Our establishment sells nothing but rubies -- the biggest, best and most extraordinary rubies in the world!"

The Joker's broad daylight robbery of this ruby store is featured on pages 2 through 4 of this story.
