F.U.R. stands for "Fashion Underground Revolutionaries." This was an anti-establishment revolutionary group in the Londinium dimension, an alternative timeline in which Romans conquered the entire Earth and fashion is outlawed for everybody except the Fashion Police.

Members of the F.U.R. disguised themselves as regular blandly-dressed citizens, but they secretly stole hip apparel for their own use.

F.U.R. operatives saved Motormouth from the law enforcement group Q.U.A.N.T.S. (a Fashion Police tactical squad), who were attempting to arrest her for her non-regulation clothing. After rescuing her, the F.U.R. members tried to steal her clothing, but they were stopped when Q.U.A.N.T.S. attacked again and killed most of them.
