The Deacon Frost doppelganger was an inexact copy of himself made by the vampire lord Deacon Frost. Deacon Frost was able to create doppelgangers using a mixture of science and vampire magic.

The Deacon Frost doppelganger actually had a personality and appearance that was somewhat distinct from the original Deacon Frost.

The Deacon Frost doppelganger summoned a powerful demon named Nezaral, who granted him demonic power. The doppelganger's attempt to summon Nezaral to Earth actually succeeded, despite opposition from Bible John, Morbius, and Blade. But when the demon Nezaral came to Earth, it soon devoured the doppelganger.
