Ojeeg was the devoutly religious leader of the Wolverine tribe native to the Microverse world known as "Never-Summer." The members of this tribe believed in ice gods.

Ojeeg never met the Micronauts, but he unknowingly aided them by sacrificing his life to destroy Baron Karza's Sunscope. In doing this, he restored summer to her world and also deprived the villainous Karza of the weapon he had planned to use to conquer Never-Summer.

Ojeeg listened closely to the visions and prophecies of his tribe's wise shaman. By following the shaman's counsel, Ojeeg was able to destroy Karza's device and save his people.

The Micronauts found Ojeeg's skeleton, but they were never fully aware of how Ojeeg had helped them in their war against Karza. Ojeeg knew what he had accomplished, however. After he died, his spirit smiled down benevolently on his home planet and his people.
