Fred Walker was unceremoniously dumped by Lorna Dane, the diva actress he had been dating for a few months. When Lorna was murdered on the set of the film "Dreadcastle," Walker was briefly suspected of being the mysterious masked killer "Clayface." Later it was discovered that "Clayface" was actually Basil Karlo, the actor who had starred in the original version of the film.
