Zreate'th, who battled the superheroine Hellcat, was a powerful other-dimensional demon. Zreate'th was able to enter the Earthly plane when a cult of devil worshipers used virgin cult member Hilary Garret in a ritual. The demon then chased Garret, attracting the attention of Hellcat and local police officer Lt. Collins. Hellcat chased the demon into a diner where she thought she destroyed the it. But really the possessed Garret.

After Zreate'th possessed Hilary Garret, it threatened until she committed suicide in order to escape him. Her suicide sent the demon back to the realm it had come from.

Zreate'th was able to summon other demons. He summoned a demon (nicknamed "Tuskanini" by Hellcat) and another, unnamed demon.

At one point Hellcat mentions that there is a whole chapter about Zreate'th in St. Brendan's Scrolls of Pandimensional Warlords.
