An unnamed arms dealer first appeared in Magog #1 (Nov. 2009). He is a white man with a slight build. He has short brown hair, a large moustache, and a large "soul patch" beard. He wears glasses. He demonstrated some new weapon technology by having two co-workers wearing cloaking suits murder everybody in a gang banger home in Los Angeles. He next visited a drug dealer location in El Paso, Texas where the superhero Magog had just left, after killing the drug dealers.

On the last page of Magog #2 (Dec. 2009), it was revealed that this unnamed arms dealer is also the warden of Haven, a federal maximum security prison designed to benignly incarcerate super-villains.
