When Prometheus returned from exile he began consolidating power and making himself a name that other villains feared and respected. Clayface, in disguise as Prometheus, boasted of Prometheus's new level of respect among villains. As "Prometheus", he told heroes who held him captive, "Say what you want, I had them all shaking in their boots. I hadn't been back on the scene for more than a little while before I created a network of -- well -- terror, I'd say is the right word. Ha. Angle Man said he'd flay his granny if I told him to . . . and she's a sweet old girl whose pumpkin pie is to die for apparently."
