As yet, it is unclear to us whether or not "Agent Q" was actually depicted "on-panel." He may simply have been mentioned, or perhaps only his voice was heard. In any case, he was a fairly minor character who appeared (or was mentioned) in only one issue, although his role was pivotal in launching the action of that particular issue's story.
