Mr. Krashner was the owner of Krashner's Bio-Systems Inc. A scientist who worked for him, Dr. Arnold Krank, discovered the "secret of life." With this knowledge, Dr. Krank created the immense humanoid artificial life form known as Braggadoom.
Mr. Krashner wanted to publicize Dr. Krank's discovery. Unfortunately, the nascent Braggadoom went out of control, consumed Mr. Krashner (killing him) and rampaged. Dr. Krank enlised the help of the Thing and Luke Cage to get the monster under control.
What became of Krashner's Bio-Systems Inc. after the death of the company's owner and C.E.O. is unknown. It seems as though the company and its facilities may have been largely destroyed by Braggadoom's rampage.
