The Hate-Monger was a robot created by Psycho-Man, an enemy of the Fantastic Four. Although this Hate-Monger was an android, he looked very human in appearance.

The Hate-Monger attempted to destroy Manhattan with hatred, but was destroyed by the villain-killing vigilante known as the Scourge of the Underworld.

This robotic Hate-Monger was the third Marvel villain to use this name, after a clone of Hitler and the Man-Beast
