Dr. Sean Garrison is a noted pro-mutant psychologist. He is the biological father of Wallflower (Laurie Collins), with his ex-wife Gail Collins.

Interestingly enough, Dr. Sean Garrison spoke at the University of Illinois graduation ceremony at which Karma graduated from college.

Dr. Garrison treated Kevin Ford (Wither) as a patient.

Dr. Garrison received some criticism for his pro-mutant stance. What people did not realize was that he himself was a mutant. He had pheromone-based powers which he used to seduce women, essentially forcing them into intimate behavior without their consent. Ultimately, Dr. Garrison was revealed as the biological father of Wallflower, and the criminal manner in which he fathered her was revealed as well.
