Neutrino Annihilator was the leader of "Magnetic North," a militant mutant organization on Empire Student University.

Neutrino Annihilator's group fought the mutant known as Chamber. Neutrino Annihilator gained some respect for Chamber after he easily defeated the members of Magnetic North.

Neutrino Annihilator was presumably expelled from Empire State University when the rest of his group was expelled for their extremist militancy.

Further demonstrating his mutant supremacist beliefs, Neutrino Annihilator wore a T-shirt with a picture of Magneto's face on it. Magneto is largely regarded as the political, ideological and often spiritual leader of mutant supremacists and militant mutants all over the world.

Neutrino Annihilator can be seen wearing a shirt with Magneto's image on it in Chamber #1. The picture on the shirt was originally from a variant cover of X-Men (vol. 1) #1.
