Superman dressed an amnesia victim up as Clark Kent so that he (Superman) and "Clark Kent" could appear together on stage during a taping of "This Is Your Life" that honored Lois Lane.

I'm presuming that the "amnesia victim" referred to (without naming him) as a supporting character in the DCindexes.com write-up for this story is the same character as "Tom Caswell" mentioned (withoout further explanation) in a few other sources about this story. This needs to be verified to be certain, however.
