The beautiful spy's name is clearly "Kira." After she was shot by a HYDRA agent, her name was repeated three times over a radio link by a fellow agent. But one source misread the name on the printed page as "Kika." (The dialogue was printed in all capital letters. "KIRA" does look a lot like "KIKA.")
