Lisa was sitting in a cafe near where a vampire "suicide bomber" targeted Jubilee. As the vampire organizers of the attack intended, innocent bystanders were infected by the exploding vampire and became vampires themselves. Lisa was one of the first who felt the change and responded by honing in on vampire leaders on a hill in Pacific Heights. The change wrought on her body and mind by the vampiric infection caused her to give herself wholeheartedly over to the vampire cause. She joined them in a crusade to defeat and convert the X-Men and other mutants living on the off-shore island called "Utopia."

Fully converted into a vampire, and wearing new vampire fashion leather, Lisa was among attacked Wolverine. In her new vampire state, she was brutal and potentially deadly, but Wolverine beheaded her with his adamantium claws, killing (and destroying) her.
