Luis Jr. (commonly known simply as "Luis") was the son of a police officer. His father was the former partner of Gotham City police officer Pat Trayce.

Luis Jr. first appeared in Deathstroke, the Terminator #7 (Feb. 1992). In a flashback in the next issue, his death was shown.

Pat Trayce became the costumed vigilante known as "Vigilante." Perhaps Luis Jr.'s death was part of the impetus for Trayce to become the Vigilante.
