The Shadow Cabinet calls an impromptu meeting at Donner and Blitzen's apartment. The team decides to meet inside of Twilight to have some privacy. The team deciphers that Dharma is trying to take over the S.Y.S.T.E.M. We hear mention of Ramjet and Windshear. Dharma does overhear their conversation even inside of Twilight. The team moves back to Dakota. Donner, Payback and Blitzen help out at the Utopia Riot breaks out.

The Heroes confront the new Shadow Cabinet: Slag, Windshear, Iron Butterfly, Bad Betty, Twilight and Ramjet. The confrontation is intense and blows Donner and Blitzen apartment to pieces. Jackson Kwong (of Long Hot Summer fame) is covering the scene. The Heroes begin to hold their own, but the skirmish places innocent bystanders in danger. The two teams begin to help people and the fighting stops. Iron Butterfly decides to call off the attack.
