AGK Corporation developed an intelligent, apparently sentient "metal nan-virus." This was known only as "the Virus." The company was apparently responsible for releasing the Virus in Bangladesh, where it caused terrible death and devastation.

Corman was an AGK employee who worked at AGK headquarters in New York City. He was accidentally exposed to the Virus. The Virus combined with Corman and possessed him. In his monstrous new state, he was known as "the Virus" and he battled Spider-Man, who was investigating AGK.

Technically, one could make a case that the Virus itself was originally a distinct "character" from Corman, as it apparently had some form of rudimentary sentience or intelligence of its own. But for simplicity's sake, and because the Virus and Corman never appeared independently in any stories, we have created a single entry for the Virus, Corman, and their combined form.
