Ahmaan the Merciless was a legendary warrior who belonged to the group known as the Black Corsairs. He opposed the sorcerer Tezcatlipoca, but was slain by him.
100 year later, Conan the Barbarian also opposed Tezcatlipoca. Nobody knew any way to vanquish Tezcatlipoca, but Conan was finally able to slay the evil sorcerer using the Axe of Ahmaan.
