A woman came to the fire station where Johnny Storm was working as an apprentice fire fighter. She was clearly distressed as she explained how her son was missing. A fire figher on dutythere, named Withers, listened to her, but largely dismissed her. He said that missing persons were a police problem. Johnny Storm overheard and then asked her more about her problem. He offered to help, despite the fact that Withers told him the situation was "Nothing for you to worry about, Storm."
