The being known only as "He Who Remains" was the last survivor of the Time Variance Authority.

He Who Remains was present at the end of time. He created the Time-Keepers and the Time-Twisters.

He Who Remains is the one who banished an unnamed Time-Keeper to ancient Egypt. That Time-Keeper became known as the "Oracle of Siwa," and encountered the Fantastic Four in Marvel Knights 4 #16.
