Sideshow is beat up by Donner for killing Dharma. Mechanic and Blitzen attempt in vain to save the life of Dharma. We are introduced to Red Dog as Dharma is having an afterlife experience. Red Dog and Dharma have an argument concerning the direction and running of the Shadow Cabinet. We see that Dharma is brought back to life in a different body, by the magic of Red Dog. Dharma reveals that his real name is Harry Chawney and that Plus is actually a combination of his two sisters, Bina and Apurna. The team seems happy but a brooding Dharma hints a dark future ahead.

Starlight argues with Dharma as he tries to stop her from moving to the Utopia Riot. Mechanic goes to help out at the Utopia Riot. Starlight makes it back to Utopia also. Dharma obtains something called the Geode from S.Y.S.T.E.M. Violet. Dharma hints at a betrayal of the Shadow Cabinet. Shadow Cabinet help out the people involved in the middle of the riot. Dharma sees Plus go to help the others and knows that everyone has betrayed him. Mechanic uses his ability to calm down a lot of the riot. Payback and Donner stage a fight to help calm down the riot. Starlight, Iron Butterfly and Catholic Girl help power up a transmitter to help Wise Son talk to the crowd. Starlight and Payback decide to stay in Dakota and Dharma threatens Plus. And Red Dog decides to make a move.

Red Dog prepares to stop Dharma in his attempt to take over the world. Dharma attacks Plus. Red Dog is attempting to save some of the Shadow Cabinet from Dharma. Dharma has disable SideShow by addicting him to drugs. Dharma takes Narnie from Bina. This gives him the powers of Plus. Then Sideshow attacks Dharma as a surprise, but fails. Mechanic then saves Bina by sending her to Brooklyn. A old Shadow Cabinet including Ether, Munition, Bent Nature, The Magnate and Red Dog go to face Dharma. Dharma prepares to use the Geode and reveals that he now controls S.Y.S.T.E.M. Iron Butterfly attacks Dharma and proclaims her love for him. The two of them will stay together. This stops Red Dog from coming and taking Dharma out. Donner and Blitzen escape the Shadowspire. And Iota leaves with them.
