Loki, the Norse god of mischief and a long-time foe of Thor and the Avengers, went on a campaign of playing classic practical jokes on the Avengers.

For one of his pranks, the villainous Loki called up Vito's Pizzeria and ordered 500 pizzas to be delivered at the Avengers Mansion. When pizzas are delivered, Yellowjacket (Hank Pym) told the poor pizza delivery guy that they hadn't ordered any pizza and they couldn't pay for the order.

The next day, Yellowjacket read the front page of the Daily Bugle. It said: "Historic Eatery Bankrupt, Thanks to Avengers." The subtitle for the story said: "Pizza-loving children made to cry." Yellowjacket felt terrible about this.
