Constance Bradley is the wife of Rudolph Bradley, a New York City mayoral candidate.

Rudolph Bradley's formal campaign event was crashed by Mike Farrell, masquerading as the hero Captain America. As part of Farrell's nefarious plan to ruin Captain America's reputation, Dead-Ringer (masquerading as the late super-villain Porcupine) invaded the event and battled "Cap." In the ensuing battle, Bradley and Constance were both hit by some of Porcupine's spines and injured.

Constance's name was revealed to readers a few pages after these events by a TV journalist reporting from the scene.
