This child was probably shown first in Captain America #431 in the pictures on the last two pages which depict the 25 children that Baron Zemo called his "Kinder." But this particular child was not named and identified specifically until issue #432.

Courtney has shoulder-length blonde hair. She was identified by name in panel 4 on page 4 in Captain America #432, when Baron Zemo asked her to tell Captain America how she felt about living with him in Castle Zemo. Courtney made it clear that she was afraid of her real family, who had neglected or abused her. She wanted to stay with Baron Zemo. Captain America recognized that the girl had been brainwashed to hate him personally. Courtney proclaimed that Zemo is "good" and said he never mistreated her.
