This child was probably shown first in Captain America #431 in the pictures on the last two pages which depict the 25 children that Baron Zemo called his "Kinder." But this particular child was not named and identified specifically until issue #432.

Lisa was identified by name by Baron Zemo in panel 6 on page 21 in Captain America (vol. 1) #432. In this scene, Lisa asked Baron Zemo: "You won't leave us, will you Daddy?"

Zemo answered, "No, of course not, Lisa. I will never leave you."
