While vacationing in the Bahamas, Steve Rogers (Captain America) and Sharon Carter met a muscle-bound body builder on the beach. The body builder (named Arnold) turned out to be a beach bully.

Arnold tried to grabe Sharon, in a ham-fisted "romantic gesture." She immediately made it clear that she wasn't interested. This just made Arnold mad and he tried to bother Sharon and Steve more. Steve easily gave the beach bully an embarrassing comeuppance.

"Arnold" (whose last name was not revealed) was based loosely on and named after famed body builder/actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
