Following orders, Agent 135 told Captain America that he couldn't see Nick Fury.

Captain America ran into Agent 135 in SHIELD's hidden New York station on pages 15 and 16 in Captain America (vol. 1) #169. Agent 135, an athletic, handsome man with blond hair, told Cap: "You wanna beam up to the Heli-Carrier to see the boss? 'Less you got a world-breakin' emergency, I got orders to the word you're persona non grata, Jack!"

Captain America started to protest, saying: "Now, listen--"

But Contessa Valentina interrupted him, saying: "No, YOU listen, rock-head!"

Captain America, seeing who it was, exclaimed: "Val!"

The Contessa told him: "Address me as Contessa please-- as you bow respectfully before leaving!"

Speaking to Agent 135, the Contessa said: "It's all right, Agent 135-- I'll handle this!"

In Agent 135's presence, the Contessa told Captain America coldly that he wasn't welcome at SHIELD, and that Nick Fury was cheering on the anti-Captain America advertising campaign that was under way.
