A group of four men, including an obese man nicknamed "Piggy," were playing with a volley ball on a beach, the same beach where Captain America (Steve Rogers, in civilian attire) was having a conversation with Carol Harding, a young woman important to Cap's current mission. One of the men threw the ball at Cap's head. The men, who were uncouth bullies, laughed at Steve Rogers and began harassing him and Carol.

Piggy shouted at Steve Rogers: "Don't get yer wind up, college boy. It's not like ya got put in the hospital by a bad throw--!"

Steve Rogers ended up getting in a shot scuffle with the four men and easily drove them off. In panel 4 on page 16, one of the men tries to punch Steve, but misses because Steve dodges him. The man ends up hitting his obese friend. The man whose punch missed his target says: "W-where did that college boy go?? Sorry, Piggy!"

Piggy then said: "Owww! W-what happened? Y' belted me flat on my back!"
